The Mississippi 811 Web Portal is built for contractors and utility companies to manage locate requests efficiently. To request an account, click Sign Up in the top-left menu. If you're a homeowner, click here, to submit a one-time locate request, no account needed.

What You Can Do Here

  ⬥Find Tickets - View status or print (no account needed)
  ⬥Basic Ticket Entry - Submit Normal or Design tickets (registration required)
  ⬥Advanced Ticket Entry Tools - Submit Emergency tickets, and Electronic Pre-marking (registration & training required)
  ⬥Positive Response - Submit Locate Request status information (MS811 membership and registration required). Click here for more info.
  ⬥Service Area Editor - Create, maintain, edit, upload, and download underground service area data (MS811 membership and registration required). Click here for more info.
